Commissioner Stamper discussed a letter Eric Eisenberg drafted for the board regarding the Beaver Glen
development.
Eric discussed the pros and cons regarding having the letter be a public document vs. a privileged
document.
Lee Napier said her preference would be to have the letter be public instead of privileged.
Eric discussed the pending changes regarding critical area buffer requirements.
Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Fund, and Commissioner Jackson agreed to sign the letter as a
public document.
Commissioner Fund left at 11:28 a.m.
Lee gave an overview of homeowner associations that lose control of properties due to delinquent
property taxes.
