Present: Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Jackson, Commissioner Fund, and Arny Davis.

Arny discussed the State Auditor audit recommendations. Arny made the recommendation that the
County begin a formal monthly monitoring of the four existing repayment funds. Prior to approving a
new inter-fund loan Arny would like to change the language in the resolutions regarding repayment
funding. He would like to include a payment schedule.
