Bill Teitzel discussed the Ethel events center. He said he contacted the owner, Luke Olsen, and
requested that he set up a pre-sub conference to discuss their plans for the events center. He said
follow-up letters were sent but that the owner has not yet turned in a complete pre-sub application.
Lee Napier said she spoke to and tried to help Heather Olsen understand what forms would need to be
submitted.
Daleyn Coleman joined the meeting at 10:25 a.m.
Commissioner Stamper asked Bill to contact Luke to urge him to submit his paperwork so a pre-sub
meeting could be held.
