IN ATTENDANCE: Commissioner Jackson, HR Director Archie Smith, Commissioner Stamper.
LOCATION: Commissioner Jackson’s office.
TIME: Approximately 2:15 pm.
Archie Smith came to Commissioner Jackson’s office and discussed decisions a union group had made
concerning health insurance. Commissioner Stamper arrived sometime after that. Information was
given to the commissioners, but no decisions were made. The meeting ended about 2:25.
