At 4:23 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 15 minutes to discuss pending litigation.
At 4:48 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
At 4:53 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 4:58 p.m.
The commissioners discussed the need for PDR policies and procedures, including policies for fees.
Commissioner Jackson made a motion to talk about a global settlement with Brian Cortland and Brian
Green and to make the first offer when it is ready.
Commissioner Fund seconded.
Motion passed 3-0.
Commissioner Fund left at 5:10 p.m.
