Commissioner Stamper asked if there have been coverage gaps since Rachel went to part-time.
The group discussed asking Facilities to limit phones to times when Rachel is here.
Rieva said Rachel could forward her phone to her on Thursdays and Fridays. Candy said the office could
just make sure to check messages on Rachel’s phone.
Rachel suggested the possibility of hiring an intern, which would help get the office caught up on
minutes.
Candy volunteered to take over the minute folders and legal affidavits.
