At 4:05 p.m., Commissioner Stamper announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) for 15 minutes to discuss an employee’s performance.
At 4:20 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
At 4:30 p.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 10 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 4:40 p.m.
