Becky Butler gave an overview of the upcoming budget amendment.
She reviewed changes for revenues and expenditures. She said the bottom line is a $178,543 use of fund
balance.
Becky said there is concern about the Roads fund, which has a cash balance of roughly $700,000. She
said a large amount of funding appears to be tied up through FEMA. She said Secure Rural Schools
money would help.
Becky discussed the DNR projection for timber as well as the DNR’s recent overpayment.
Becky said she is working on a reimbursement policy.
Commissioner Stamper joined the meeting at 2:45 p.m.
Becky further discussed crafting a meal reimbursement policy.
