Finance Committee met from 10:30 a.m. to 10:54 a.m.
Update with Auditor Treasurer began at 10:54 a.m.
Rodney Reynolds discussed the Lewis County revenue report.
Suzette Smith provided an update on the expenditure reports for 2019.
Suzette Smith reported on the financial services status update for 2018. Suzette stated that with Grace
Jimenez returning, Grace has stepped in and spent a lot of time working on it.
Suzette Smith provided an update on staffing. Suzette also discussed various deadlines that affect the
Auditor’s office. She asked that when making decisions that could affect the Auditor’s office if the
Commissioners could consider the timeline.
Commissioner Fund asked if there is anything the commissioners could do now to help.
Suzette Smith asked that they be patient.
Suzette Smith stated the AP casual employees filling in for the employee on leave are doing a great job.
Suzette Smith discussed Munis and the payroll system. The Auditor’s office is aware that there is issues
and are working to fix them.
Larry Grove asked that the County not add new modules to Munis until after we get the payroll leveled
out.

Larry Grove discussed the visit from Homeland Security. Elections will now have a security guard
present the evenings of the election.
