Discussed overall plan to enhance the monitoring and technical support provided to vendors.
A Motion was made by Commissioner Fund to accept the recommendations and allow PH&SS
staff to begin the contracting process with the vendors. Seconded by Commissioner Stamper and approved 2-0.
