IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 20-088
LISTING OF BIDS AND CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR
ONE NEW SELF-PROPELLED SWEEPER
WHEREAS, pursuant to Resolution 19-178, calls for bids were issued July 1, 2019, for
one new self-propelled sweeper; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted by contractors as follows:
• Pape' Machinery $60,109.32
WHEREAS, this self-propelled sweeper was scheduled, budgeted, and approved for
purchase in 2020 and will be purchased with ER&R funds.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a contract for the purchase of one new self-
propelled sweeper be awarded to Pape' Machinery in the amount of S60,109.32 to be
purchased with ER&R funds. Upon presentation of contracts acceptable to the Board of
County Commissioners, the Director of Public Works (or his designee) is authorized to
sign on behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
