ATTENDEES: Commissioner Edna J. Fund, Commissioner Gary Stamper Becky Butler, Arny Davis, Rodney Reynolds, Larry Grove, Suzette Smith, and Frank Corbin.

Rodney Reynolds discussed the investment summary. Rodney Reynolds went over the revenue report. The group discussed the revenue reports.
Becky Butler reminded the Treasurer that 3% of sales and use tax will need to be transferred to the Capital Fund. Suzette Smith provided an update on the year to date expenditure reports for
2019 and 2020.
Suzette Smith noted that the 2018 Financial Statement is almost complete. Suzette Smith discussed Munis and the payroll system. Suzette has asked the
Munis team to slow down and allow staff to get up to speed before making more
changes. Suzette Smith also discussed the need to move payroll to an hourly pay for the non-exempt employees.
Suzette Smith stated that the AP employees who are filling in for the person on leave are doing a great job.
Larry Grove discussed the election overlap.
