Proposed acquisition of additional right of way for King Road MP 5.31 in Winlock. BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 20-112 THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL RIGHT OF WAY FOR KING ROAD MP 5.31, WINLOCK WHEREAS, replacement of a culvert is necessary on King Road Milepost (MP) 5.31, northwest of Winlock; and WHEREAS, the culvert replacement will require additional road right of way and property rights from two adjacent property owners; and WHEREAS, the culvert replacement is necessary for fish habitat and will benefit the public; and WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire additional road right of way and property rights as shown on the attached Exhibit from two property owners along King Road for the project. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Road Engineer is instructed to acquire all necessary right of way and property rights and is authorized to sign documents necessary for the culvert replacement project on King Road in Section 14, Township 12 North, Range 3 West, W.M., and directs that all such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution 17-336.
