Approval of warrants and/or payroll BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 20-131
IN THE MATTER OF WARRANTS AND/OR PAYROLL
FOR PAYMENTS OF CLAIMS AGAINST VARIOUS
COUNTY DEPARTMENTS
WHEREAS, certain funds were appropriated in the 2020 General Fund departments
and other Funds appropriated budgets for payment of claims against the County; and
WHEREAS, the following warrants numbered 827,654- 827,690 were issued on
behalf of Special Purpose Districts as approved by their Commissions and are noted as
a skip in sequence.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED it is hereby resolved that warrants numbered
827,691- 828,034 and direct disbursement numbered 2076 (345 warrants/direct
disbursements combined) issued the week of April 10-16, 2020 are approved for a total
payment against the County in the amount of $1,722,556.07; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the payroll/Automatic Deposits
10,173- 10,741 (569 total AD), dated April 10th, 2020 are approved for a total
payment against the county in the amount of $1,618,853.45.
