Award Architectural and Engineering Services Master Contract for Capital Plan projects. BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 20-179
AWARD OF ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING
SERVICES MASTER CONTRACT FOR CAPITAL PLAN
PROJECTS
WHEREAS, Lewis County has developed a list of Capital Plan Projects, some requiring
the services of Architects and Engineers; and
WHEREAS, Lewis County has solicited Statements of Qualifications from interested
firms pursuant to RCW 39.80; and
WHEREAS, statements were received from several firms, reviewed by the selection
committee and firms were ranked based on that review; and
WHEREAS, KMB Architects of Olympia, WA received the highest ranking and
negotiations were initiated with that firm and an agreement was reached.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that a Master Contract be awarded to KMB
Architects of Olympia, WA for A&E services on the Capital Projects; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Chief of Internal Services be
authorized to sign said contract of behalf of the Board of County Commissioners.
