Approve of upgrades to the Lewis County Microwave System. BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 20-191 LEWIS COUNTY MICROWAVE SYSTEM UPGRADE WHEREAS, Lewis County 911 Communications request authorization to utilize $95,000 of the existing fund balance to purchase a microwave system upgrade; and WHEREAS, this would replace the existing system that is well past its life expectancy and new parts for repair or replacement are not available. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lewis County Board of County Commissioners (1) approves Lewis County 911 Communications' request to use $95,000 from its existing fund balance to purchase a microwave system upgrade and (2) authorizes E911 Administrator Scott Smitherman to sign on behalf of Lewis County.
