Martin, John Abplanalp, Tamara Hayes, and JP Anderson.

JP Anderson announced that Lewis County has been approved to enter Phase 2 of Safe Start. Lewis
County Public Health is not approving or denying business plans. They ask that businesses follow the
guidelines from the Department of Health (DOH). Phase 3 of Safe Start can be considered after three
weeks have passed. DOH is looking to make sure that there is not a rapid increase in infection.
John Abplanalp discussed the three-week time frame to make sure there are no spikes in cases.
JP stated the next step has not been determined by the State.
Larry McGee, Annalee Tobey, and Tamara Hayes provided an update on Lewis County Together and
their business resources.
Matt Matayoshi discussed a grant funding process for businesses.
Commissioner Stamper left the meeting at 11:20 a.m.
