BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
AN ORDINANCE OF THE COUNTY OF LEWIS,AMENDING ) ORD. 1318
CHAPTER 18.10 LCC —PUBLIC WORKS FEE SCHEDULE )
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners(BOCC) regularly amends and adopts a Fee Schedule
for Community Development, Public Works, and Public Health & Social Services fees; and
WHEREAS,this Fee Schedule is adopted by reference in Chapter 18.10 of the Lewis County Code; and
WHEREAS, Ch. 18.10 LCC references Ch. 12.12 LCC, which has been repealed; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lewis County BOCC hereby amends Section 18.10.020
of the Lewis County Code as follows(deletions stuck-through, additions underlined):
18.10.020 Administrative Easements--of--NecessityFee Schedule Cross-Referenced.
The Public Works Fee Schedule shall be as provided in the Lewis County fee schedule, which may
be changed from time to time through a resolution of the Board of County Commissioners—for
Chapter 12.12 LCC, Administrative Easements of Necessity-shall-be-as-follows
(1)A processing fee, as prov+do for-in-the-Lewis-County Fce Schedule;-o ►-file-at-the Office-of the
Board-of--the County-Commissioners, shall-accompany an-application-for-an asement-ef necessity-
(2)A precessing-fee s-provided for in said- ewis-County-Fee-Schedule, shall accompany-any
request for extension of a lim4ted-easement-ofnecessity-
AND FURTHERMORE, this ordinance is shall be effective immediately upon passage. The code reviser
may make such editorial changes to the online code as are appropriate in light of its passage.

Section 18.10.020 of the Lewis County Code as follows:
The Public Works Fee Schedule shall be as provided in the Lewis County fee schedule,
which may be changed from time to time through a resolution of the Board of County
Commissioners ; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED this Ordinance shall be effective
