At 10:33 a.m., Commissioner Jackson announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 5 minutes to discuss pending and / or potential litigation related to O’Connor v.
Lewis County. Executive session started at 10:34 a.m.
At 10:39 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 2 minutes.
Executive Session ended at 10:41 a.m. Commissioner Jackson noted that no decisions had been made.
