Commissioner Jackson made a motion to add to the day’s Business Meeting agenda the following two
resolutions:
• Resolution 20-249: Authorize initial placement of casual Administrative Assistant Senior to be
placed on the current Lewis County Salary Grid (13 Step M Grid) for Non-Union Extra Help.
• Resolution 20-250: Restrict outdoor burning throughout unincorporated Lewis County.
Commissioner Fund seconded.
Daleyn Coleman said Public Works has requested the resolution regarding the casual employee so it can
provide coverage for an employee who is out.
Doyle Sanford discussed the outdoor burning restrictions. He said campfires and residential fires remain
allowed.
Motion passed 2-0.
Becky Butler said Budget meetings will take place the following day.
The commissioners reviewed their calendars.
The commissioners discussed recent changes regarding meeting size limits.
