2020-07-27 BOCC Wrap-Up COVID-19BOCC Wrap-Up / COVID-19 July 27, 2020 9 a.m. Present: Commissioner Stamper, Commissioner Fund, Commissioner Jackson, County Manager Erik Martin, Josh Metcalf, Steve Wohld, Daleyn Coleman, Aimee Albright, Tamara Hayes, Lee Napier, Eric Eisenberg, Alison Puckett, Andy Caldwell, Becky Butler Guests: Dr. Lindsey Pollock, Greg Lund and other members of the public and press Recorder: Rieva Lester Commissioner Jackson made a motion to add to the day’s Business Meeting agenda the following: • Resolution 20-256: Middle Fork Water and Sewer System Fund 4100 Authorizing a Cash Flow Loan from Capital Facilities Plan Fund No. 3100. • Resolution 20-257: Set Armed Security Officer wages. • Resolution 20-258: Authorize an MOU between Lewis County Superior Court / Lewis County District Court and the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds to provide a safe space for social- distancing jury selection • Resolution 20-259: Approve a contract for the Southwest Washington Fairgrounds Blue Restroom remodel. Commissioner Fund seconded. Motion passed 3-0. Lee Napier, Eric Eisenberg and Josh Metcalf discussed tabling Ordinance 1319 for a week, noting that an agreement with Water Sewer District 2 is needed before the county lifts the moratorium on Middle Fork Water-Sewer System, formerly known as Water-Sewer District 5. Greg Lund discussed his frustration with Water-Sewer District 2. The commissioners discussed their calendars. Meeting ended at 9:25 a.m.
