Josh Metcalf said he has met with Public Works’ GIS team to evaluate what services the Assessor’s
Office needs provided.
Josh suggested creating an MOU regarding the goals, responsibilities and expectations between the
Assessor’s Office and GIS.
Josh said he envisions reclassifying a position as an entry position.
Dianne Dorey said she would like to reclassify a grade 20 position as a grade 22 GIS position. Becky said
it would be a roughly $6,200 budget increase.
The commissioners approved the request. Erik Martin said a PAF would be routed for signatures.
Commissioner Fund discussed a meeting she had with an area superintendent earlier in the day.
