Establishment of 2021 county road construction projects by County Forces. BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 21-002 ESTABLISHMENT OF 2021 COUNTY ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS BY COUNTY FORCES WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.77.070 any construction performed by County Forces where the estimated cost of the work exceeds $10,000 must be published in one issue of a newspaper of general circulation in the county prior to construction; and WHEREAS, the Lewis County 2021-2026 Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program and 2021 Annual Construction Program adopted via Resolution 20-415 on November 16, 2020, lists portions of 2021 construction projects to be constructed by County Forces. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that the County Forces project funds, listed in Exhibit A, are to be expended in the calendar year 2021, for the estimated costs shown and are hereby to be published in compliance with RCW 36.77,070. Costs shown do not include engineering, right of way expenses, or County Forces projects less than $10,000 (ten thousand dollars). DONE IN OPEN SESSION this 4th day of January, 2021.
