LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 21-002
ESTABLISHMENT OF 2021 COUNTY ROAD
CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS BY COUNTY FORCES
WHEREAS, pursuant to RCW 36.77.070 any construction performed by County
Forces where the estimated cost of the work exceeds $10,000 must be published
in one issue of a newspaper of general circulation in the county prior to
construction; and
WHEREAS, the Lewis County 2021-2026 Six-Year Transportation Improvement
Program and 2021 Annual Construction Program adopted via Resolution 20-415
on November 16, 2020, lists portions of 2021 construction projects to be
constructed by County Forces.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners that
the County Forces project funds, listed in Exhibit A, are to be expended in the
calendar year 2021, for the estimated costs shown and are hereby to be
published in compliance with RCW 36.77,070. Costs shown do not include
engineering, right of way expenses, or County Forces projects less than $10,000
(ten thousand dollars).

NOTICE OF 2021 COUNTY FORCES ROAD CONSTRUCTION
Notice is hereby given that Lewis County's adopted 2021-2026 Six-Year Transportation
Improvement Program and 2021 Annual Construction Program lists portions of 2021
construction projects to be constructed by County Forces. Any construction performed
by County Forces where the estimated cost of the work exceeds $10,000 must be
published in one issue of a newspaper of general circulation in the county prior to
construction. The Board of County Commissioners has determined that the following
County Forces project funds are to be expended in the calendar year 2021, for the
estimated costs shown and are hereby published in compliance with RCW 36.77.070

Portland—Cement of a rote of approximately 6Z of dry weight or 5.00 Lbs/sf, apply water and
mix with pulverized roadbed, blade rood to grade, and roll to achieve compaction.
F �2� Crushed Surfacing Top Course — Apply CSTC to a compacted depth of 0.30'. F
O Bituminous Surface Treatment — Apply two courses of BST.
0 Finished roadway width to match the preexisting roadway. No changes will be made to the
