MOU Amendment A with Northwest Pediatric Center, COVID-19 testing and vaccine administration. BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 21-034 APPROVE MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING AMENDMENT A BETWEEN NORTHWEST PEDIATRIC CENTER AND LEWIS COUNTY TO PROVIDE COVID-19 TESTING AND VACCINE ADMINISTRATION WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC), Lewis County, Washington, has reviewed Memorandum of Understanding Amendment #NWPC2020-A between Lewis County and Northwest Pediatric Center to plan, coordinate and provide COVID-19 testing and vaccine administration for Lewis County residents; and WHEREAS, this amendment will be effective January 1, 2021, through June 30, 2021; and WHEREAS, funding is provided from the State DOH in the amount of $100,000 for a total maximum amount of $200,000; and WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to authorize the execution of said contract for Lewis County. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that Memorandum of Understanding Amendment #NWPC2020-A between Northwest Pediatric Center and Lewis County in the amount of $100,000 and extending duration through June 30, 2021, is hereby approved and the Director of Public Health & Social Services is authorized to sign the same. All other terms and conditions of the original contract and any subsequent amendments hereto remain in full force and effect.
