Approve quit claim deed with Elizabeth DeWreede for property located off Independence Road near Rochester BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 21-102
APPROVING A QUIT CLAIM DEED BY AND
BETWEEN LEWIS COUNTY AND ELIZABETH
DEWREEDE FOR PROPERTY LOCATED OFF
INDEPENDENCE ROAD NEAR ROCHESTER AND
AUTHORIZING SIGNATURES THEREON
WHEREAS, Resolution 21-074 accepted an offer of $2,201.00 from Elizabeth
DeWreede for the sale of property located off Independence Road near Rochester,
subject to the conditions of LCC 3.30.400; and
WHEREAS, all conditions have now been met and a cashier's check for $2,201.00
has been received from Ms. DeWreede; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) has reviewed a Quit
Claim Deed from Lewis County to Elizabeth DeWreede; and
WHEREAS, it appears to be in the best public interest to approve the execution of
said Quit Claim Deed to Ms. DeWreede.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Quit Claim Deed for property
located off Independence Road near Rochester from Lewis County to Elizabeth
DeWreede is hereby approved and the BOCC is authorized to sign the same.
