NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the County Safety Program-Phase 2 Project, HSIP-000S(553), Federal Aid Contract No. TA-6895, CRP No. 2191B shall be awarded to Janke Trucking, Inc. in the amount of $884,913.62 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC).
