Becky Butler said she will meet with Pe Ell to review American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) reporting needs.
She discussed the EDC’s upcoming stakeholders meeting, noting that all of the area mayors should be
included. Becky noted that a community survey will be created to help engage the community and meet
public engagement requirements.
Todd Chaput provided an overview of the stakeholders meeting the EDC will host on July 21.
In-person is by invite only but that the public can attend via Zoom.
Todd said he would reach out to the mayors. The commissioners asked that the invite list be updated to
include:
• A representative for the Packwood water district
• Scott Brummer of the state Department of Fish and Wildlife
• Wes Anderson of the state Department of Transportation
• A representative for TransAlta
• Centralia Mayor Max Vogt
• Kelly Johnston
• Vision Toledo
• Centralia Downtown Association
• Onalaska Alliance
• Rainier Connect
• TDS
• Wave
Todd said the EDC will draft a press release announcing the July 21 meeting. He said he will record the
Zoom feed for the meeting.
Becky said the feds continue to provide updated guidance for funding use.
