Andrew Logerwell said the PA’s Office continues to work on a proposal for the purchase of prosecution
case management software.
At 2:03 p.m., Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into executive session
under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss the following:
• Beenen v. Lewis County
• Sierra Pacific v. Dianne Dorey
Executive session started at 2:04 p.m.
At 2:14 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 3 minutes.
At 2:17 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 1 minute.
At 2:18 p.m., the Board extended executive session for 1 minute.
Executive session ended at 2:19 p.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions had been made.
