Commissioner Pollock seconded. Motion passed 2-0. 2022 holidays Commissioner Swope made a motion to approve the holiday calendar for 2022. Commissioner Pollock seconded. Motion passed 2-0. Community survey Austin Majors discussed his plan for reaching out to the public regarding the Polco survey. Letters of support The commissioners agreed to sign the following two letters of support: • Letter to Timberland Regional Library (TRL) in support of Pacific County’s appointment of Toni Gwin to the TRL Board of Trustees. • One to the Washington Department of Transportation (WSDOT) in support of Twin Transit’s application for a WSDOT grant. Minute folders The commissioners approved minute folders for the weeks of: • Aug. 30 • Sept. 6 • Sept. 13 • Sept. 20 • Sept. 27 Executive session discussion At 9:14 a.m., Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board would be going into executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 10 minutes to discuss potential litigation regarding landlord / tenant issues and residential tenancy. Executive session started at 9:15 a.m. At 9:25 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 5 minutes. At 9:30 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 5 minutes. At 9:35 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes. Executive session ended at 9:37 a.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions had been made. Meeting ended at 9:38 a.m.
