Becky has asked for a motion to approve County Manager Erik Martin to sign the contingent agreement
for telecommunications and the Board to initial the document to send off with the certification. Becky
said the application will be submitted this afternoon.
Commissioner Grose made a motion to approve County Manager Erik Martin to sign the contingent
agreement for telecommunications on behalf of the Board of Lewis County Commissioners.
Commissioner Swope seconded. Commissioner Pollock recused herself. Motion passed 2-0-1 with
Commissioner Swope and Commissioner Grose voting in favor and Commissioner Pollock abstaining.
