At 10:33 a.m., Commissioner Pollock announced that the Board was going into Executive Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) for 5 minutes to discuss Water District 2.
Executive Session started at 10:34 a.m.
• At 10:39 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 2 minutes.
• At 10:41 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 2 minutes.
• At 10:43 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 2 minutes.
• At 10:45 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 2 minutes.
• At 10:47 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 2 minutes.
• At 10:49 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 5 minutes.
Commissioner Swope joined by phone sometime after 10:49 a.m.
• At 10:54 a.m., the Board extended Executive Session for 1 minute.
Executive Session ended at 10:55 a.m. Commissioner Pollock noted that no decisions had been made.
Andrew Logerwell said he had brought with him a settlement agreement and memorandum of
understanding (MOU) for the commissioners to consider and sign regarding Water District 2.
Commissioner Swope authorized Amber Smith to sign on his behalf.
Commissioner Grose made a motion to approve the MOU and settlement agreement with Water District
2. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
