Year to date lodging taxes has seen increases from the Airbnbs. The general funds saw an increase of
$2.2 million revenue during 2021 than was budgeted. This was primarily due to collected sales tax.

still processing transfers for 2021. Invoices for 2021 are complete and they will finish reconciliation
shortly.
Grace said the Auditor’s Office is working with MUNIS and Tyler Tech to make payroll processes more
efficient.
Larry Grove said Terry Jouper is still working with GIS for precinct determinations for redistricting
