WHEREAS, a call for bids was issued May 26, 2022, for the Centralia Alpha Road
MP 15.79 Culvert Replacement Project, CMP 1810; and
WHEREAS, bid quotations have been submitted from the contractors as follows

WHEREAS, Steele Trucking Inc. provided the lowest responsive bid quote of
$499,803.80 for the Centralia Alpha Road MP 15.79 Culvert Replacement Project,
CMP 1810.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the contract for the Centralia Alpha
Road MP 15.79 Project, CMP 1810 shall be awarded to Steele Trucking Inc. in the
amount of $499,803.80 upon the execution of a contract acceptable to the Board
of County Commissioners (BOCC). Upon presentation of such a contract, the
County Engineer is authorized to sign on behalf of the BOCC.
