Funds transfer to Parks & Recreation Department Revolving Working Account BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 22-192
FUNDS TRANSFER TO PARKS & RECREATION
DEPARTMENT REVOLVING WORKING ACCOUNT
WHEREAS, the Parks & Recreation Department currently has in existence a
Revolving Fund account with a small balance; and
WHEREAS, the department has found this amount to be insufficient to prepare
the change drawers prior to and during the Southwest Washington Fair and the
Washington State Garlic Fest; and
WHEREAS, money for the gate change drawers is needed by the Parks
Department no later than August 11, 2022.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners
authorizes additional bank transfers from the Treasurer's Office to the working
account at Security State Bank for the fair gate change drawers in the amount of
$25,000 to be dispersed on or before August 11, 2022; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said funds for the additional
working account will be returned to the Treasurer's Office no later than September
30, 2022.
