LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON
IN THE MATTER OF: RESOLUTION NO. 22-216
THE PROPOSED ACQUISITION OF ADDITIONAL
RIGHT OF WAY FOR LOGAN HILL ROAD IN
CHEHALIS
WHEREAS, Logan Hill Road MP 0.103 at Berwick Creek requires a culvert
replacement; and
WHEREAS, the project will require additional property rights from one adjacent
property owner; and
WHEREAS, the project is a necessary improvement and will benefit the public;
and
WHEREAS, this resolution instructs the County Engineer to acquire the property
rights as shown on the attached exhibit from one property owner along Logan Hill
Road for the project.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the County Road Engineer is instructed
to acquire all necessary right of way and is authorized to sign documents
necessary for the culvert replacement project on Logan Hill Road in Section 11,
Township 13 North, Range 2 West, W.M.; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the BOCC directs that all
such acquisitions be in accordance with adopted procedures as per Resolution
20-149.
