PacMtn CEO William Westmoreland reviewed PacMtn’s 2023 funding as follows:
• Budget forecast for 2023 is $11 million.
• Reflects $725,000 decrease in federal funding.
• Reflects $2.5 million decrease in competitive grants.
William said funding in Lewis County includes:
• A portion of $1.5 million federal funding for Pathways Home III.
• $222,000 for Community Transition Assistance Plan.
• $1.5 million for opioid / peer navigation.
• MyJob work at Green Hill.
William discussed PacMtn’s integrated service delivery and a possible switch to One Workforce, which
would represent a distributed funding model. William discussed living wages and how to best help area
job seekers. William noted that the group is moving its headquarters in a money-saving move.
