NOTICE OF ADOPTION BY THE LEWIS COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS AMENDMENTS TO THE LEWIS COUNTY COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP AND ASSOCIATED ZONING DESIGNATIONS NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the LEWIS COUNTY, WASHINGTON, BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS held a public hearing on February 14, 2023 for the purpose of taking testimony on the proposed adoption of Ordinance 1343 amendments to the Lewis County zoning designations. On February 14, 2023, the BOCC voted to close testimony at 4:00pm on February 17, 2023, recess and continue the hearing to February 27, 2023. On February 27, 2023, the BOCC voted to recess and continue the hearing to March 1, 2023. After close of the hearing, the BOCC voted to approve Ordinance 1343 which upheld the decision of Ordinance 1337 to deny the proposal to rezone the Mineral Lake YMCA site by applying a Master Planned Resort Overlay.
