executive session under RCW 42.30.110(1)(f)for 5 minutes to discuss a complaint against a county
employee. Executive session started at 11:01 a.m.
At 11:06 a.m., the Board extended executive session for 2 minutes.
Executive session ended at 11:08 a.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
