•Carbon monoxide poisoning
•Improper storge and disposal of sewage and solid waste
Occupancy – difficult to prove someone has been in the RV for more than 60 consecutive days.

Recommended Approach

•Change recreational length of stay from 60 consecutive days to
14 days per month
•Residential use would start at 15 days per month or more
•Keep maximum allowed 2 RVs per parcel
•Make it easier to place a RV as a mobile home – focus on health
and safety
•Keep temporary use of RV
