At 9:02 a.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) un�l 9:25 a.m. to evaluate the County Manager candidates’ qualifica�ons for public
employment.
Execu�ve Session ended at 9:25 a.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
At 9:30 a.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) un�l 10:15 a.m. to evaluate the County Manager candidates’ qualifica�ons for
public employment.
Execu�ve Session ended at 10:15 a.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
At 10:23 a.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) un�l 11:15 a.m. to evaluate the County Manager candidates’ qualifica�ons for
public employment.
Execu�ve Session ended at 11:15 a.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
At 12:30 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) un�l 1:15 p.m. to evaluate the County Manager candidates’ qualifica�ons for public
employment.
At 1:21 p.m., Commissioner Swope extended Execu�ve Session un�l 1:25 p.m.
Execu�ve Session ended at 1:25 p.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
At 1:31 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) un�l 2:15 p.m. to evaluate the County Manager candidates’ qualifica�ons for public
employment.
At 2:15 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) un�l 2:20 p.m. to evaluate the County Manager candidates’ qualifica�ons for public
employment.
At 2:44 p.m., Commissioner Swope announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) un�l 3:15 p.m. to evaluate the County Manager candidates’ qualifica�ons for public
employment.
Execu�ve Session ended at 3:35 p.m. Commissioner Swope noted that no decisions had been made.
Commissioner Brummer made a mo�on to offer the County Manager posi�on to Ryan Barret.
Commissioner Swope seconded.
Mo�on passed 2-1, with Commissioner Brummer and Commissioner Swope vo�ng in favor and
Commissioner Pollock opposed.
