The Millig Difference
Just a few ways our team has
gone above and beyond:
•1985 Domestic Hot Water
heaters failed before Millig’s
project began.
•We designed and specified
new DHW heaters, pumps,
and isolation valves, and
also procured
subcontractor bids at no
cost to the County.
July 2022 Feb 2023
The Millig Difference
Just a few ways our team has
gone above and beyond:
•Heat wheel in RTU 1 which
serves 1985 section failed
before Millig’s project began.
•We put together an
emergency plan, and worked
with County maintenance
staff to fabricate a stop-gap
solution until the
replacement wheel can be
installed.
July 2022 Feb 2023
The Millig Difference
Just a few ways our team has
gone above and beyond:
•Our team identified a faulty
branch selector box
immediate after install. We
removed and returned for a
new one before start-up.
•This prevented further
issues and complications,
and savinged time and
money.
70% complete.
Openbook pricing means
you only pay what it
costs.
We expect to return
$120,000+ at the end of
this project.
