At 2:02 p.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board was going into Execu�ve Session under
RCW 42.30.110(1)(i) un�l 2:12 p.m. to discuss Concrete School District v. DNR.
Execu�ve Session ended at 2:12 p.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made.
