Public comment: None.
The commissioners reviewed board and committee changes for 2024, including the following:
• Commissioner Swope will serve on the Coal Transition and Pac Mountain committees, and he
will become Solid Waste Disposal District Chair and the Board of Health Vice Chair.
• Commissioner Brummer will become the BOCC Chair and the Cowlitz River Basin Flood Control
Zone District Chair, and he will serve on the Fair board, Canvassing Board, Finance Committee
and the Planned Growth Committee. He also will remain Chair of the Chehalis River Basin Flood
Control Zone District Chair.
• Commissioner Pollock will remain Board of Health Chair and will serve as Vice Chair of the
BOCC, the Solid Waste Disposal District and the Cowlitz River Basin FCZD. She also will take .09.
