Public comment: None.
Brian Warren provided updates on current code enforcement investigations.
Mindy Brooks discussed a resolution to appoint a yet-to-be named individual to the Lewis County
Planning Commission. The commissioners directed staff to postpone the resolution a week, noting that
the deadline for applications is Feb. 29.
Josh Metcalf discussed a resolution to ratify contract AHHG2024 with Northwest Hydraulic Consultants
Inc. to provide annual hydrologic, hydraulic and geomorphic services.
Commissioner Pollock made a motion to move two consent items and one deliberation item to the
Tuesday, March 5, 2024, BOCC Business Meeting. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion passed 3-0.
Wednesday Workshop
Rieva Lester discussed the launch of the Wellness Committee’s “March in March” competition.
Commissioner Brummer noted that Centralia High School wrestler Antonio Campos will attend March 5
meeting to celebrate his state title and that Timberland Regional Library Director Cheryl Heywood will
provide State of the Library update that day.
County Manager performance review: Commissioner Brummer said the County Manager contract calls
for a six-month review. He directed staff to work on review notes.
Shelter RFQ: Eric Eisenberg discussed corrections needed for the shelter RFQ.
