Public comment: None.
HR organization revisions: Matt Jaeger discussed a proposed reorg and requested approval to freeze
the current HR Specialist position (Grade 121), which will become vacant on May 31, 2024, and create a
new Human Resources Generalist Senior position (Grade 124). Matt noted that the budgetary impact for
2024 would be roughly $5,300.
Commissioner Swope made a motion to approve the HR reorganization as proposed immediately.
Commissioner Brummer seconded. Motion passed 2-0.
