Resolution 24-127: Commissioner Swope made a motion to approve Resolution 24-127 - Accept bid on
242 NW Chehalis Ave. and authorize signatures thereon. Commissioner Brummer seconded. Motion
passed 2-0.
Washington Farm Forestry dues: The commissioners approved paying the $175 dues.
911 request for proposals (RFP): Becky Butler said the RFP deadline has been extended two weeks in
response to a technical glitch that was reported.
Approve letters to Tribal Chairs regarding Comprehensive Plan Periodic Update: Mindy Brooks
discussed letters to Tribal Chairs regarding the Periodic Update. The commissioners approved sending
the letters.
Calendars: Commissioner Swope noted that the Public Works “ROAD-eo” is planned for May 2, and
Becky Butler noted that the Broadband PR event is May 3.
