Public comment: None.
Becky Butler reviewed changes to the preliminary budget and noted that the banked capacity can be
accessed via dollar amounts rather than percentage points.
She said switching to dollar amounts instead of percentage points placed the levy rates as follows:
• General Fund: 1 percent plus $300,000 from banked capacity.
• Roads: 1 percent plus $200,000 from banked capacity.
Becky noted that final decisions would take place during the Monday, Dec. 2, 2024, hearing.
