Braun later in the day. • Transportation: Ryan Barrett said the North Lewis County Interchange and Ceres Hill Road requests have been submitted. The commissioners said they are not focusing on the Napavine, Chamber Way and Winlock exits at this time. • ADUs: The commissioners said they support the bill regarding detached ADUs. • Developmental disabilities: The commissioners said they oppose the bill regarding services for those with developmental disabilities. • LAMIRDs: Mindy Brooks discussed a LAMIRD bill. Executive session: At 9:30 a.m., Commissioner Brummer announced that the Board would be going into executive session until 9:45 a.m. to discuss two topics: • Kresky building, under RCW 42.30.110(1)(c) • Evaluate complaints brought against public officer / employee, under RCW 42.30.110(1)(f) At 9:45 a.m., Commissioner Brummer extended executive session until 9:50 a.m. Executive session ended at 9:50 a.m. Commissioner Brummer noted that no decisions had been made. Agenda change: Commissioner Pollock made a motion to add to the Jan. 28 Business Meeting agenda Resolution 25-026: Request for qualifications for pre-design services for the proposed SWW Fair Equestrian Center. Commissioner Swope seconded. Motion passed 3-0. 2025 budget calendar: The commissioners tentatively approved the proposed dates. Airport Road property: Josh Metcalf urged the commissioners to offload unused county-owned property such as the Airport Road property to deter squatting issues. Josh noted that Public Works is using the more stringent processes outlined by the state and federal governments for transferring ownership of properties such as the Airport Road property. The commissioners said they will move forward with the proposed resolution to sell the Airport Road property. Letter of support: The commissioners directed staff to draft a letter of support regarding the proposed fire training facility in Winlock. Meeting adjourned at 10:05 a.m.
