Grace Jimenez said the general fund report shows the Assessor’s Office and Treasurer Office are
trending a little higher than average due to the payment for the Ascend software. Grace said the 2024
annual report is due Friday.
Larry Grove said the alternate filing period ended and there are 15 positions that did not have anyone
apply. There will be primaries in Centralia, Winlock, White Pass, Morton, and Mossyrock.
Larry said Licensing and Recording are still having daily exceptions due to the new software updates.
Arny Davis presented the treasurer reports. Arny spoke about return rates on the LGIP. Arny said the
overall investments are still seeing returns.
Arny said the sales and use is up from this same time last year. Grace asked for the cash balances to be
discussed at future meetings. Vader Water, Packwood Sewer, and Middle Fork Water are in the
negative.
