SIGNIFICANT ISSUES
1. Pieces Family Trust (Bonagofski) 1303 W. Reynolds Ave, Centralia (DISTRICT 1) –
UPDATE
2. Jemison, Jimmie – 1668 Little Hanaford Rd., Centralia (DISTRICT 1) – UPDATE
3. Huntting, Leonard – 600 Cinebar Rd, Silver Creek (DISTRICT 3) – UPDATE
4. Templeton, Howard – 120 Wright Rd., Glenoma (DISTRICT 3) – Alleged activity of
building a dam on a nearby creek and creating water problems upstream. Ecology and
WSDFW also working the case.
5. Wyatt, Calvin – 175 Blue Rd., Centralia – (DISTRICT 1) Lewis County abated this
property in 2009 using abatement seed funds. The property is moving towards tax foreclosure
and the lien is still active. Should the property go up for Sheriff Auction, the lien must be
paid in full and funds put back into the solid waste abatement seed account.
